One for the Beer Connoisseur!
[Events, Beer Festival] #beer festival #curry #community #fundraisingWith the Beer Festival only a few days away now, we thought it was a good time to whet your appetite and give you a sneak peek at what you can expect to be tasting when you come to the bar.

Whether you like to strategise with a beer buddy, plan your priorities, start at the top and get as far as you can, or just go by what the labels look like, there will definitely be something that you like. We have some firm favourites returning, so you can expect to see names like Cromarty, Campervan, Pilot and Edinburgh Beer Factory, alongside some newer names like 71 Brewing, Burnt Mill and Khaos.
To cater for our ever-changing clientele we will, again, be offering a selection of alcohol-free beers, so Iver the driver can join in the fun, and we are trying very hard to source some gluten-free options too. There will also be a great selection of ciders, Prosecco and wine if beer is not your tipple.
We are still trying to secure some even newer names, so there will be a great selection for you to add to your "Tried that" list.
New for this year, you will have the opportunity to share your thoughts as we introduce a new interactive tasting notes app. This is your festival, so why not help us shape future events — tell us what you loved and what you didn't.
This genuinely is our favourite event on the calendar and we can't wait to party with you!
The 2026 festival takes place on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th June at Currie Community Centre.
